Just a little real estate fun…

Nestled just half an hour outside the vibrant city of Atlanta, you’ll find Rick Ross’ magnificent estate in Fayetteville, Georgia. Not only is it the largest residence in the state, but it also ranks among the grandest homes in the entire nation. Spanning an impressive 45,000 square feet, Ross acquired this property for a hefty sum exceeding $5.8 million. Formerly owned by boxing legend Evander Holyfield, Ross affectionately refers to his abode as “The Promised Land.” This sprawling estate boasts a staggering 109 rooms, including 21 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, as well as a colossal 350,000-gallon swimming pool.

Upon entering, guests are greeted by a lavish dining hall capable of accommodating up to 100 visitors. The interior is adorned with opulent custom furnishings, elegant marble floors, intricate woodwork, coffered ceilings, and exquisite chandeliers that illuminate the space with grandeur. To add a touch of sophistication, a grand piano graces one of the spacious rooms, completing the ambiance of luxury and refinement.
