Entrepreneur and Realty Star Kim Kardashian Attempting to Sell $2.7 Million Penthouse

Key Takeaways:

  • The 2016 condo is adorned with modern finishings and neutral tones
  • She’s had this property for sale multiple times, each time at $2.7 million
  • Multiple balconies offer stunning views of Calabasas

In a region where the average home price tops out at around $2 million, it’s expected that notable names will be attached to some of them. For this 2,260-square-foot penthouse, it’s reality star and businesswoman Kim Kardashian who once called it home. Despite brilliantly lavished features, Kardashian has faced issues selling off the property, which she’s had listed for $2.7 million several times before

Kardashian and her mother, Kris Jenner, eyed the 72-unit development this three-bedroom extravagant condo is part of, eventually purchasing several before the community was finished. For several years, Kardashian has listed and delisted the idyllic space from the market, and now it’s back at the firmly held $2.7 million price tag.

The Pride of Calabasas

Before you even step foot inside the striking condo, you’ll make your way through the condo development. A central town square serves as a decorative focal point, its winding brick roads giving the development a uniquely high-end look and feel. The town square is just one of the many wonderful features the community offers its residents, second only to the high-end retail shops scattered around the buildings of condos.

As part of the Calabasas development, residents pay a $685 monthly fee. This comes with access to an exclusive clubhouse, a modern fitness center, a spa, a beautiful pool, and a barbecue area. Though there’s plenty to keep residents satisfied, the community is just minutes away from Downtown Calabasas and its assortment of dining and retailers.

A Contemporary Escape

Within this inviting community is Kardashian’s spacious condo, which features a two-car garage, 10-foot ceilings, and an elevator with access to a private hall. When you first walk in, it’s tough to miss the contemporary style of darker wood accents, pure white cabinets, and a large kitchen that overlooks a balcony. You’re sure to get distracted by the panoramic mountain views, with tall windows and balconies off the kitchen, living space, and owner’s suite overlooking California’s beautiful landscapes.

A long central island is the focal point of this kitchen, which says a lot considering it’s outfitted with top-of-the-line appliances like a gas stove and oversized refrigerator and freezer. To save space there’s a built-in microwave and the room is adorned with a smooth flat countertop and finished off with dark, freshly-installed hardwood floors.

The rest of the home captures a contemporary style with a lot of grey tones, modern furniture, and simplistic decor. This condo’s new homeowner will enjoy a primary suite with an attached spa bathroom that is its own paradise. Earth tones create a warm atmosphere, brighten up the space, and complement the white cabinetry. The owner’s suite bathroom features a separate tub and walk-in shower, both accented by pristine tiling.

Just One of Many

While this condo may be giving Kardashian issues when it comes to selling, it’s not the first condo she’s sold off. In September 2022, she listed another Calabasas condo for $3.5 million. At the same time, she listed her $5.3 million 1950s ranch in Hidden Hills, which she had purchased only three years prior for around $3 million.

Whether Kardashian has her sights set on other condos in the area is yet to be seen, but there’s no doubt that she’ll be returning to the market with more to sell once she unloads this Calabasas paradise.
