The Californian home is drastically different today than it was as the filming location for “Cheaper by the Dozen” (2003). Before even stepping inside the transformed mansion, you walk on elegantly manicured grounds, with trimmed hedges flanking the walkway up to the front door. On the rear side of the house, right outside the spacious carriage house, is a showpiece crafted in Kat Von D’s vision—a blood-red pool. And it’s not the water that’s red, either, as the inground pool is lined with a scarlet-colored finish to create the effect.
