Lebron James Just Sold His $19.6 Million Home

Can you imagine living in an NBA star’s home? And what if that NBA star was Lebron James himself? James just sold one of his homes in Los Angeles’ Brentwood neighborhood for a whopping $19.6 million, which is actually less than its original listing price of $20.5 million. The Los Angeles Lakers star sold the place in an off-market deal—to a seemingly very lucky buyer.

A perfect floor plan with a prime location…what else would we expect?

Located in the Rockingham Rim area of Brentwood, this property boasts the perfect floor plan, accompanied by a prime location near L.A.’s endless amenities. Past its gated entrance, this pad spans 9,440 square feet and features a six-bedroom interior. A fully appointed master suite, two family rooms, and a kitchen adorned with a breakfast nook are the bones of this house.

A slam-dunk property…literally

A true embodiment of James’ lavish lifestyle, his former home features every amenity you can possibly imagine. Unsurprisingly, the property has notably high ceilings throughout—because hello, it has to accommodate 6’9” basketball player. A gym, media room, and three-car garage are just a few more luxuries of this listing. Not yet to mention, the single basketball hoop in the driveway—talk about a slam dunk for the buyer. Situated upon a sunny half-acre lot, the property is completed by a lap pool and spa, plus a poolside cabana.

Even celebrities sell for under asking sometimes…

Although James rarely loses, he did accept a small loss on his $19.6-million home sale. Having originally purchased the property in 2015 for nearly $21 million, James did take about a $1.3 million loss. However, we don’t think he’s too worried about it—James owns another home in Brentwood, and he recently bought a residence in Beverly Hills for a sizable $36.8 million.
