Central Ohio is known for its affordable housing, but that doesn’t mean we don’t sell some pricey luxury homes! This beautiful 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom estate on an acre sold for $1.25 million. Some of its finest features were its gourmet kitchen and wet bar, vaulted wood plank beamed ceilings, exposed brick, five fire places, custom built-ins and finishes, and finished basement with billiards room, pub with bar, kitchen, den, and theater.

Least Expensive: 1287 Black Oak Circle, Westerville

Affordable living at its finest awaited for the buyer who purchased this 3-bed 3-bath home on .35 acres. It sold for just over $300,000 and offered fine features such as vaulted ceilings, an updated island kitchen with a wet bar, fireplaces, finished basement with rec room, and a covered patio.

Most Charming: 526 Brevoort Road, Columbus

This quaint but updated 4-bed 2-bath older home in Columbus sold for $395,000. Its convenient location placed it next to
beautiful Brevoort Park and within walking distance of several area attractions, including stores, a movie theatre, and the library. Best Deal: 5440 Larkshire Court, Hilliard

It sold for just over $380,000, and this 4-bed, 4-bath, 4600-square-foot home sure had a lot to offer. Five levels of living space, extensive upgrades, and a half-acre wooded lot were just the beginning! Its master suite was on its own level and
offered a whirlpool bath, walk-in closets, and even a bonus den room. The lower basement level was finished with a theater, rec room, den, fifth bedroom, full bathroom, and even a workshop.

Best Yard: 13730 Tollgate Road, Pickerington

It sold for almost $1.1 million—and with 15 acres, 5 bedrooms, and 6th bathrooms over 7,600 square feet of living space, it’s not hard to see why. The yard was defined by its diversity, including five acres of woods, a fully-stocked pond with a bridge, an in-ground heated pool with a swim-up bar, an outdoor kitchen and fireplace, and a fire pit. Inside, the extravagance continued with a two-story gym with spiral staircase, 24-foot ceilings, and a walk-out basement with a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, billiards room, and theater.
